6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jasmine Bags and its owners, officers, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your breach of these terms or any applicable law; (b) your use or misuse of this website or any product purchased; (c) any content you submit or transmit through this website; or (d) your violation of any third-party right.
7. Shipping Policy
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days following confirmed payment. Processing does not begin until full payment has cleared.
Estimated Delivery Window: 13–20 business days from the date of shipment. This estimate reflects standard transit times and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Logistical Delays: Jasmine Bags ships via third-party carriers over which it has no operational control once goods are tendered for delivery. Delays caused by carrier operations, customs clearance, weather events, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond Jasmine Bags's reasonable control do not entitle the customer to cancellation, refund, or any other form of compensation. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon tender of goods to the carrier.
Order Cancellation: Once an order has been submitted to fulfillment and shipping has been initiated, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Cancellation requests received after shipment initiation will be denied.
8. Return and Refund Policy
Jasmine Bags maintains a limited return policy governed by the following conditions, which represent the minimum obligations required under applicable federal and state consumer protection law.
Return Eligibility Window: Return requests must be submitted by email to jasmine.makesartt@gmail.com within 90 calendar days of the date of delivery as confirmed by carrier tracking records. Requests submitted after this window will be denied without exception.
Condition Requirements — Strict Compliance Mandatory: To be eligible for return consideration, the Product must be: (a) completely unopened; (b) in its original, unaltered packaging with all seals, tags, and protective materials fully intact and undisturbed; (c) entirely unhandled and unused; and (d) free from any odors, marks, staining, or signs of contact. Products that do not meet every one of these conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Return Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs, including packaging, insurance, and carrier fees, are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer. Jasmine Bags does not provide prepaid return labels. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Inspection and Processing: Upon receipt of the returned item, Jasmine Bags will conduct a complete inspection of the Product. Refunds, if approved, will be issued within 7 business days of the completion of inspection. Inspection may take up to 10 business days from date of receipt. No refund will be issued prior to completion of inspection. Jasmine Bags reserves the right to reject the return and refuse any refund if the Product fails to meet the eligibility conditions set forth herein.
Non-Refundable Items and Situations: The following are expressly excluded from return and refund eligibility:
- Products showing any signs of opening, use, wear, or handling
- Products returned without original packaging or with damaged seals
- Orders where the delivery delay was caused by carrier or logistical factors
- Dissatisfaction based on expectations of handmade or artisanal manufacturing (see Section 2)
- Color, texture, or finish variations attributable to monitor display differences
- Customer errors in ordering (wrong size, wrong color selection)
- Products reported as non-received more than 30 days after the estimated delivery window without initiating a formal claim within that period
Defective or Damaged Products: Claims for defective or damaged products must be submitted within 5 business days of confirmed delivery with photographic evidence attached. Claims submitted outside this window may not be honored. Acceptance of a defective claim is at the sole discretion of Jasmine Bags following inspection.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and all transactions conducted through this website are governed exclusively by the laws of the United States and the state in which Jasmine Bags operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or any purchase shall first be submitted to informal negotiation by emailing jasmine.makesartt@gmail.com. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in English. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
Nothing herein prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

Jasmine Bags collects and processes customer personal data solely as necessary to fulfill orders and comply with applicable law. Jasmine Bags does not sell personal data to third parties.
